At FMG Health Sciences, Inc., we believe that true vitality begins within — in the quiet intelligence of your cells. Our mission is to help people live with greater energy, longevity, and purpose by bridging cutting-edge mitochondrial science with accessible, real-world wellness. And because we want people to know more about us, we share openly what drives our work and the principles behind everything we create.
We are a multidisciplinary team of scientists, health experts, and innovators united by a single goal: to support the body’s natural ability to renew itself from the inside out. Through research-driven formulations, we strive to make cellular health not just a topic of science, but a way of life.
Science that´s been evolving for years
For more than 15 years, our team has studied mitochondrial science and cellular energy with one purpose to create formulations that truly work, grounded in real research and measurable results.

Our Founders

CEO
Mani K. Agrawal is a strategic advisor and business leader with deep expertise in operational strategy, corporate turnarounds, and long-term value creation through innovation and efficiency.
He has managed and scaled multiple businesses, including MuZero, Tezzalli, and Ichizoku, and has held senior roles such as President of Dastur International (Germany), founder of Cognizant’s European consulting practice, Chief Scientist at Manugistics (now Blue Yonder), and consultant at McKinsey in Chicago.
Throughout his career, he has led global turnarounds for Fortune 10 companies, consolidated businesses in Colorado’s home services industry, and founded a six-country consulting practice in Europe.

CMO
Francisco has authored over 130 peer-reviewed publications. His early research focused on the mechanisms of cardiac remodeling and fibrosis, particularly cardiac mechanics. He later developed pharmacological strategies to protect the heart from ischemic injury, and more recently, he has investigated the protective effects of (-)-epicatechin on various organs.
Both preclinical and clinical studies have examined how (-)-epicatechin impacts cardiac ischemic damage, exercise performance, and metabolic and bioenergetic function. Throughout his career, Francisco has received numerous awards and served on the editorial board of the Journal of Molecular and Cell Cardiology, published by the International Society of Heart Research.
CSO
Guillermo Ceballos has authored at least 275 peer-reviewed publications, significantly advancing scientific knowledge by elucidating the molecular mechanisms through which (-)-epicatechin exerts its beneficial effects on human health. His research encompasses numerous preclinical and clinical studies, focusing on vascular biology, endothelial dysfunction, and oxidative stress biomarkers in conditions such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, sarcopenia, and non-alcoholic fatty liver.
He has also served as an editor and reviewer for various scientific journals, including The Open Nitric Oxide Journal, Oriental Pharmacy and Experimental Medicine, European Journal of Pharmacology, and the American Journal of Physiology—Heart and Circulatory Physiology. His scientific career has been recognized on multiple occasions.
