A Personal Routine During Rehabilitation

While continuing a demanding rehabilitation routine, one community member shares what stood out to her during her third month with Mitozz.

The Story

At 52, she had undergone surgery on her right knee for a meniscus problem eight days earlier. She was just beginning mobility work and physical therapy.

She also shared that she had been managing hypertension with prescribed medication for about eight years. This was her first day taking Mitozz.

Four-week update

Four weeks after starting Mitozz, and five weeks after her knee surgery, she said that she began to notice changes after about two weeks of taking it.

She said she was no longer feeling anxiety or difficulty breathing, and described herself as being “80% recovered.”

Third-month update

As she began her third month taking Mitozz, she said she felt very well overall. She reported having more energy and more motivation.

She also said that she had noticed changes in headaches, a sensation of shortness of breath, dizziness when getting up, and in how she felt emotionally while going through rehabilitation.

“Today I am beginning my third month taking Mitozz. I have felt very well, and it has helped me a lot overall. I have more energy and more motivation.

In her third-month update, she said that she had noticed very significant changes since the first day. She said she felt better, had better mobility, and felt that Mitozz had helped her a great deal.

“Today is my third month taking Mitozz. From the first day until now, I have noticed very significant changes. I feel better, I have better mobility, and overall it has helped me a great deal.”
