At FMG Health Sciences, the company behind Mitozz, we made a deliberate choice: design our organization from the ground up for the future that is already here. Not more layers, more offices, or more headcount. Instead, a lean, flat, globally distributed model powered by humans + AI as true partners.

Growth used to mean adding layers. Today, every layer has to justify its weight.

The old scaling model rewarded headcount, hierarchy, and internal complexity. The next model rewards judgment, speed, and ownership, with AI used to remove friction instead of adding another layer.

More people meant more handoffs. More handoffs meant more interpretation, delay, and diluted ownership.

The best leaders will use AI to compress complexity, not multiply it.

AI does not replace human judgment. It changes where human judgment should be spent. Research, drafting, analysis, and operational follow-through can move faster, while leaders stay closer to direction, trust, and decisions.

The idea behind the model

Human judgment and AI capability should amplify each other at every level.

Não se trata de simplesmente incorporar a IA a uma estrutura já existente ou de utilizá-la apenas como uma ferramenta de produtividade. Trata-se de uma reformulação fundamental da forma como toda a empresa opera, de modo que o julgamento humano e a capacidade da IA se complementem em todos os níveis, gerando agilidade, resiliência, clareza e foco que as organizações tradicionais simplesmente não conseguem igualar.

AI acts as an always-on Chief of Staff and execution layer, but humans remain fully accountable for every final decision, especially on regulatory, financial, and clinical matters.

This philosophy powers everything at FMG, including the mitochondrial-support science and products we bring to market. It is how we intend to scale thoughtfully, today and for the next decade.

The model is still early but the signals are already clear.

We launched FMG Health Sciences in Janeiro 2025. In the months since, we have moved from startup sprint into full growth mode, now selling across multiple continents, launching new nutraceutical products, and actively preparing multiple pharmaceutical candidates for global rollout.

It is still early, and the design itself is very much a work in progress.

We are continuously refining it as we go. The signals we are seeing internally are already unmistakable and encouraging.
