These Store Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Mitozz.com. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these terms.

Mitozz is sold by FMG Health Sciences, Inc., a U.S. company. References to “Mitozz,” “FMG Health Sciences,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to FMG Health Sciences, Inc. and its authorized fulfillment partners, distributors, and service providers where applicable.

1. Product information

Mitozz is a dietary supplement formulated with high-purity (-)-epicatechin. Product information on this website is provided for general educational and commercial purposes.

Mitozz is not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements about this product have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by equivalent authorities in other countries, unless specifically stated for a particular market.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under medical supervision.

2. Eligibility to purchase

Mitozz is available only in countries where FMG Health Sciences has chosen to make direct checkout, distributor fulfillment, or authorized sales available.

Availability, pricing, currency, taxes, shipping options, delivery times, customs requirements, and fulfillment method may vary by country. Some countries may be served directly by FMG Health Sciences, while others may be served through an authorized distributor or local partner.

If your country is not available at checkout, this means we are not currently accepting direct online orders for that location.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices are shown at checkout before you place your order. Prices, taxes, shipping costs, and promotions may vary by country.

Payments are processed through our approved payment providers, including Stripe. We do not store full credit card details on our website.

An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, address issue, payment issue, suspected fraud, compliance concern, or other problem that prevents fulfillment.

5. Taxes, duties, and import charges

Taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout for certain U.S. orders where required.

For orders outside the United States, the total shown at checkout may not include destination-country duties, VAT, GST, IVA, customs charges, brokerage fees, import processing fees, or other local charges. Unless expressly stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs authorities in the destination country may delay, inspect, reject, return, or require additional documentation for an order. FMG Health Sciences is not responsible for delays, additional charges, seizure, rejection, or return caused by customs authorities, local import rules, carrier clearance procedures, or a customer’s failure to provide required information.

6. Shipping and fulfillment

Orders may be fulfilled from different locations depending on the customer’s shipping country, inventory availability, distributor arrangements, and shipping method.

For U.S. orders, fulfillment may be handled through our U.S. fulfillment partner in Laredo, Texas, using UPS or another available carrier.

For Mexico orders, fulfillment may be handled from Mexico inventory using our DHL account or another available carrier.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, address issues, inventory availability, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

7. Shipping discounts

Mitozz may offer quantity-based shipping savings. Unless otherwise stated, the current structure is:

1 bottle: reduced shipping
2 bottles: greater shipping savings
3 bottles: free shipping

Shipping discounts apply only as shown at checkout and may vary by country, shipping method, carrier availability, and promotional rules. We reserve the right to change or discontinue shipping promotions at any time.

8. Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may not be able to refund the shipping cost or replace the order free of charge.

If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment.

9. Tracking and delivery

When tracking information is available, it may be sent by email or made available through your account. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

A package may be considered delivered when the carrier marks it as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us promptly so we can review the issue with the carrier where possible.

10. Returns and refunds

Because Mitozz is a dietary supplement, returns may be limited for safety and quality control reasons.

Unopened products may be eligible for return or refund only if authorized by us in advance and returned according to our instructions. Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products may not be eligible for return.

Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error. If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller, if the product was not stored or handled properly after delivery, or if the claim appears fraudulent or abusive.

11. Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the package and product if applicable.

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution at our discretion after reviewing the claim.

12. Discount codes, doctor codes, and ambassador codes

From time to time, we may offer discount codes, doctor referral codes, ambassador codes, or other promotional codes.

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order, excluding taxes, duties, shipping charges, or third-party fees where permitted by law.
